Badging: If you are a tenant of The Landings, you need to fill out an application and bring 2 forms of ID. Please come to the Operations Office and bring $12 for your badge. All payments can be made by cash or check. If you are able, please bring the exact amount in cash and make checks payable to PIE.
$12 for a badge
$5 to replace a broken badge
$40 to replace a lost/stolen badge
$75 for unaccounted for or unreturned badge (billed to company of employment)
$41 for fingerprints
Procedure for Obtaining a SIDA Badge
1. Applicant reports to the Airport Operations Office with completed SIDA application and two forms of identification. The two forms must conform to the requirements of the I-9 form to establish the applicant’s right to be employed in the United States. If the applicant was born outside of the United States The must include one of the following: Alien Registration Card, I-94 form attached to Foreign Passport, U.S. Passport, Certificate of Naturalization, form DS-1350 certification of U. S. Citizen Born Abroad, form FS-545 Certificate of Birth Abroad, or form FS-240 Consular Report of Birth Abroad.
2. The employee will need to have an authorized signatory of his or her employer sign the application. A list of authorized signers will be maintained in the Operations office. If Customs access is required make sure proper customs paperwork is filled out and submitted to U. S. Customs.
3. Operations personnel using the applicant’s two forms of identification will fill out an IDENTITY AND EMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS form.
4. Fingerprints will then be taken either electronically or on paper, and then submitted to the TSA and FBI.
5. The intended employer will be billed appropriately.
6. The name of the applicant and other biographical data will be compared to the TSA No Fly and Selectee Lists.
7. If the applicant’s name or other data appear upon the TSA No Fly, or Selectee Lists the appropriate authorities will be notified.
8. When the fingerprint results are returned, as well as the Security Threat Assessment, the intended employer will be notified. For Customs authorization, a US Customs form 3078 (available at Airport Operations) will need to be submitted to US Customs.
9. If the applicant is authorized they will need to make an appointment for the SIDA Class.
10. The employee will report to the Airport Operations Office for security and or driver training with two forms of identification. These Two forms of ID do not have to conform to the I-9 requirements.
11. When SIDA training is successfully completed the applicant will receive their SIDA Badge.
Procedures for Obtaining an AOA Badge
1. Applicant shall report to the Airport Operations Office with a completed AOA application form and two forms of ID. The two forms of ID must conform to the requirements of the I-9 form to establish the applicant’s right to be employed in the United States. If the applicant was born outside of the United States The must include one of the following: Alien Registration Card, I-94 form attached to Foreign Passport, U.S. Passport, Certificate of Naturalization, form DS-1350 certification of U. 2. The applicant’s data will be input to the security computer and the appropriate biographical data will be sent to the TSA for Security Threat Assessment.
3. The name of the applicant and other biographical data will be compared to the TSA’s No Fly and Selectee lists.
4. If the applicant’s name or other data appear upon the TSA No Fly, or Selectee Lists the appropriate authorities will be notified.
5. When the Security Threat Assessment is completed the prospective employer will be notified.
6. If the applicant is authorized they will need to schedule an appointment for the SIDA Class.

8. When training is successfully completed the applicant will receive their AOA Badge.
Procedure for a Criminal History Records Check and Fingerprinting
1. Make an appointment with Operations during the office hours.
2. Obtain an Application from your employer.
3. Bring 2 forms of ID to the appointment.
4. For Quantem employees, pay Quantem $41 and bring your receipt to the appointment. For everyone else your employer will get billed for the $41.
