Restricted Operations
In an effort to reduce aircraft noise during nighttime hours, the following activities are prohibited by turbojet air carrier aircraft between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily:

Touch-and-Go operations

Practice Instrument Landing System (ILS) approaches

Engine ground run-ups for routine maintenance purposes

Voluntary Quiet Window – 11:00 PM until 6:00 AM

Due to the provisions of the Airport Noise and Capacity Act of 1990 (ANCA), the Airport is unable to enact a curfew and cannot penalize aircraft that operate overnight. However, a Voluntary Quiet Window program is in effect between the hours of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM daily, where it is requested that aircraft only fly when operationally necessary.
